COTPA Garage

This 800 plus parking space garage with ground level retail was inspired by its classical neighbors.   The colorful screening is an abstraction of the aluminum lattice work of the city hall.  Stainless steel mesh was chosen to provide the maximum amount of ventilation and natural light for the garage.
